I grew up in this business.
I am a second-generation real estate agent. My parents, Allen and Carol Smith, were top producers in the early 2000s, so real estate was part of everyday life in our house. I spent my teens in training rooms, learning the business and studying what actually made marketing work. I was licensed within weeks of turning 18 and have worked full time in real estate since 2009.
I built my career in Southwest Florida through a full market cycle, from the downturn after 2008, through the years when Cape Coral ranked among the fastest-growing metros in the country, the surge after 2020, and the correction that followed.
Living through each of those markets changes how you price a home, evaluate risk, and advise someone when the market feels uncertain. That experience is what I now bring to clients in both Southwest Florida and North Carolina’s Triangle.

What I actually coach.
I founded NXTGEN Agent, a brokerage-agnostic consulting company for team leaders, brokers and individual agents. We focus on the parts of the business that directly affect growth: lead generation, marketing, conversion, recruiting, technology and operating systems.
Agents can join NXTGEN regardless of where they hold their license. Separately, I lead an eXp Realty organization of 85+ agents across 10+ states, including four eXp ICON Award recipients, and I manage the NXTGEN referral network, approximately 1,600 agents nationwide. I also consult with real estate teams at multiple brokerages across the country.
I have also taught for the Rock Star Real Estate Series, including a full-length session on turning contacts into contracts.
